CIAO, I’M TAHLIA, AND I AM A MEMORY KEEPER.

My love for keeping memories probably started long before I even realised that’s actually what I was doing. Spending days on end with my cousins, flicking through my Grandmother’s photo albums, reveling in a bygone era filled my childhood with immense joy. My Mother also always had boxes brimming with memories of times gone by – that I would spend hours sifting through, leaving me imagining just what a life full of Lycra, big earrings and perms would have been like for her…

Then, after my first beautiful newborn daughter came into my life, I found myself desperate to capture every tiny moment, every milestone. From her long eyelashes and chubby cheeks to her first steps and every new adventure, I found myself quickly starting to fill my own albums and memory boxes. A spark had ignited in me. I knew I was destined to capture memories of all kinds from that moment forward.

My approach to photography is organic, natural and light filled.

My work represents your special moments in a style that is timeless and classic. It is important to me that my work stands the test of time and doesn’t follow fads and trends. My editing style is light and airy but warm with simple colour adjustments with a longly to replicate that beautiful film look. I aim to provide you with an “experience” during your photography session; I want you to be able to go back to that moment in time and relive those same feelings and emotions again and again. I want your future generations to spend countless hours flicking through albums full of memories in the same way I did as a child.

My studio is based in beautiful Wellington Point - Redlands in Brisbane, Queensland, however I service all local suburbs including but not limited to Wynnum, Manly, Cleveland, Carindale, Mount Cotton, Redland Bay, Logan, Brisbane North, the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Byron Shire. I travel nationally as well as internationally. Italy being our second home and most popular destination location. Home is whenever I am with my family and so no destination is too far.
